What the site collects

When you use the contact form or request a referral, the site collects the fields you fill in. That's your name, phone number, pickup location, vehicle details, and a short description of what happened. The site also logs basic technical data like your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We don't ask for payment details, and you shouldn't send them through the form. If you'd rather not use the form, you can call (915) 320-5573 instead.

What the phone line collects

Calls to (915) 320-5573 are recorded. The line may go to voicemail, and voicemail messages are saved. Recordings and messages can include your name, number, location, and details about your vehicle and situation. We use them to understand your request, pass it to the independent operator, and keep a record of what was said. Don't share sensitive information like card numbers on the call. If you leave a voicemail, it's treated the same way as a recorded call.

Why we collect it

We collect this information to connect you with an independent, separately licensed local tow operator who can quote and do the work. We also use it to follow up on your request, answer questions, and keep the line running properly. Recordings help us check accuracy and resolve any confusion about what was requested. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing. The operator you're connected with handles your request and payment directly.

Who receives your information

The independent operator handling your request receives the details needed to quote and do the job. That includes your contact info, location, and vehicle description. Our phone and form providers may process data on our behalf, and we may share information if the law requires it. We don't hand your details to unrelated tow companies. Once you're connected, the operator's own privacy practices apply to what they collect and keep. Ask them if you want to know more.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and analytics only after you consent. Before you agree, we don't set analytics cookies or track you across other sites. If you accept, we use cookies to see which pages help people and which don't, so we can improve the site. You can decline, and the site still works. You can also clear cookies in your browser at any time. Declining doesn't affect your request or the referral.

Your choices and contact

You can ask what information we hold about you and request that we correct or delete it, where the law allows. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Some records, like call recordings tied to a completed referral, may be kept for a set period for accuracy and legal reasons. To make a request or ask a question, email dispatch@quicktowep.com. Put privacy in the subject line so it reaches the right person. We'll respond as soon as we can.
