A Referral Line for El Paso Drivers
Quick Tow EP is a referral line for drivers in the El Paso metro. Call (915) 320-5573 and you'll be connected with an independent, separately licensed local tow operator. That operator quotes the price, does the work and gets paid directly. We don't own trucks, hold a towing license, set prices or promise arrival times. We cover both sides of the Texas and New Mexico line, from the Lower Valley to Sunland Park.
How a referral works
You call (915) 320-5573 and tell us where you are and what happened. Calls are recorded, and the line may go to voicemail. We pass your request to an independent, separately licensed tow operator who works in your part of the metro. That operator calls you back, quotes the job and handles everything from there. You pay them directly. If you don't like the quote, you can call another operator. We don't dispatch, we don't send trucks and we don't set any price.
What Quick Tow EP does not do
We own no trucks and hold no towing license. We don't quote totals, set rates or promise an arrival time. We don't dispatch or send anyone. The operator you hire is responsible for the work, the price and the insurance. If something goes wrong with the tow, that's between you and the operator. We also can't tell you what a specific lot will charge to release your car. For city impound questions, call the City of El Paso Municipal Vehicle Storage Facility at (915) 212-0205.
Why we cover both sides of the line
The El Paso metro doesn't stop at the state line. Drivers in Sunland Park, Santa Teresa, Chaparral and Anthony NM break down on the same roads and cross the same bridges as drivers in El Paso. But the rules are different on each side. Inside El Paso city limits, City Code Chapter 12.54 caps nonconsent tows at $100 light, $350 medium and $450 heavy duty. Outside the city in Texas, TDLR statewide maximums apply. New Mexico follows its own rules. A referral line that only knew one side would be useless to half the metro.
What it costs and who sets the price
A tow you request yourself is priced by the operator you hire. No cap table applies to it. If your car is towed without your consent inside El Paso city limits, City Code 12.54.020 caps the fee at $100 for light duty, $350 for medium duty and $450 for heavy duty, plus up to $25 for dollies. Outside the city in Texas, TDLR maximums apply unless a local rule sets a lower one. New Mexico has its own rules. We don't quote any of these numbers as your price. The operator does that.
What we do not do
