What Quick Tow EP Is
Quick Tow EP is a referral service. When you call (915) 320-5573, we connect you with an independent, separately licensed local tow operator. That operator quotes the price, performs the work, and is paid directly by you. We own no trucks, hold no towing license, set no prices, and promise no arrival time. Calls are recorded, and the line may go to voicemail. We serve the El Paso metro on both sides of the Texas and New Mexico line.
The Operator Is Independent
The tow operator you reach is an independent business. They are responsible for their own work, pricing, and availability. Quick Tow EP does not guarantee that an operator will be available or that one will arrive at a certain time. Any agreement you make is between you and the operator. We do not dispatch, send, or supervise any tow truck. If you have a dispute about the work or the price, it is with the operator you hired.
Fees and Local Rules
A tow you request yourself is priced by the operator you hire. Inside El Paso city limits, City Code 12.54.020 caps nonconsent tows at $100 for light duty, $350 for medium duty, and $450 for heavy duty, plus $25 for dollies. If the vehicle is hooked but not towed, the fee is half. Outside El Paso city limits in Texas, TDLR statewide maximums apply. New Mexico follows its own rules. We do not set or quote any price.
